- Our Patent Pending Softbrick designed for robot loading is identical to our standard Softbricks which the exception of a Belleville washer stack that provides the clamping force and is adjustable.
- Machining is done in the same way as our standard vise: jaw lock pins are inserted into the hole between the pins before the vise is torqued to desired clamp force that stabilizes the front jaw while adding the workpeice profile
- No need for hydralic vises which require plumbing in the tombstone and cost a few thousand dollars each
